asked to Friday : How do you synchronize your iPod with your iTunes account to another, without changing the content of my iPod
How can I sync my iPod to my new laptop (a few new iTunes) without deleting them completely, and music videos that I have on it? Is there any way I can keep all the music on my iPod now somewhere on your computer, delete what on your iPod, and then add the files back into the new iTunes? Or is there an easier way of doing things? Please help, iTunes sucks I have no idea how to do it Best Answer:

itunes wont be able to do that, since it allows syncing just one way (pc to ipod). you need a 3rd party software to transfer from ipod to pc. i use imtoo ipod computer transfer, works real well. and i was able to salvage my ipod contents when my computer crashed! real lifesaver highly recommended.
